1. How do I place an order?

Have a product question or need to talk to a live person? Call 937-317-0252 to ask questions or place an order by phone.  We’ll need the product wanted, color, size, quantity and billing/shipping information along with your payment method to place your order.

Order online 24/7, from the comfort of your home or office.  Navigate to our Wellness Shop by clicking on the “Shop” link in the main menu across the top of the page. When you click on the “Shop” link, you will see various categories that you can choose from.  You can also access product categories on the right menu.
Make sure to check our current deals for money saving promotion codes you can apply to your orders.

2. What forms of payment do you accept?

Our website allows you to pay for products securely 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  We accept PayPal, where you can use your MasterCard, VISA, American Express, or Discover card to place your order, even if you don’t have a PayPal account!
You can also use your PayPal account by itself to pay securely on our website.  If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can sign up for one here.

3. Do you offer a product guarantee?

Yes, Total Life Changes offers a 30-day, 100% money back guarantee on our products.  The return period is 30 days from the date you placed the order, so it’s important to contact us immediately if you would like a refund.
Once you contact us, we will provide you with return instructions.  You can also contact Total Life Changes at 1-888-873-1898 or email them at info@totallifechanges.com if you would like a refund or exchange.

 4. Do you take international orders?

Yes, if you live outside the U.S., we would love to have you as a customer! Total Life Changes has eight distribution warehouses located worldwide, allowing us to deliver products to most anywhere in the world. To place an international order, visit our Total Life Changes website and order your products.  You will be able to select your country and receive pricing relevant to your currency.

5. How can I request a refund?

We hope that you’re going to be happy with our company and your experience with our products.  If there is anything we can do to help you, let us know using our contact form.  If there is no other way that we can resolve the issue, please contact Total Life Changes Customer Support at 1-888-873-1898 or info@totallifechanges.com and they will be more than happy to help you with a refund.

6. What can I do if an order arrives broken or damaged?

If your order arrives and it’s damaged, please contact Total Life Changes Customer Support at 1-888-873-1898 as soon as possible after you discover that there is an issue.  You can also send them an email at info@totallifechanges.com and they will be happy to assist you.

7. What should I do if I’m taking other supplements or medications?

If you’re taking other supplements and/or prescribed medications, or you have any concerns about how your existing medications will work with our products, or if you have a concern about any existing health conditions, please contact a health professional or your family doctor before taking any additional supplements.

8. What does Auto-Ship or SmartShip mean?

Autoship, (also called SmartShip) is a convenient way to get the products you use each month.  Instead of having to remember to order them each month, you can set up Smartship so that you receive your products each month. Take a look at this quick video that explains it.
When you place an order on auto ship you will receive the items at the same time each month delivered to your door.  Your credit card will be charged at the same time each month and you will receive an confirmation email each time your product ships as a reminder.

9. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

It normally takes 5-7 business days for your products to arrive. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email that will have your order number, order date, and a tracking number. You can use the tracking link to determine where your order is located.

10. What happens if it has been longer than 7 business days and I haven’t received my order?

If you have allowed 7 working days and your products have not arrived, you have three options.  You can refer to your confirmation email and use your tracking information to see where you package is located.  You can contact Total Life Changes directly by phoning 1-888-873-1898 or emailing them at info@totallifechanges.com to inquire about status.

11. What happens if I have lost my Total Life Changes customer number?

If you are our customer, you can contact us to get your customer number. If you are not our customer, you can contact Total Life Changes customer service by phoning 1-888-873-1898 or email them at info@totallifechanges.com for assistance.

12. I would like to sell TLC Products. Where can I get more information about the business?
